What man in his right mind would want a " CRY BABY". She needs to grow up!!!!!

Anonymous said...

If She has seriously come to find true love (I'm sorta cringing when I'm typing this!) why in the world would she have picked "BENTLEY"?
Clearly on camera he said "...she's not his type" but he wanted a rose ANYWAY?! Firstly another woman WARNED her about him and YET he got a rose?
If we are to take this show seriously (which is difficult under normal conditions..) WHY wouldn't the camera man filming this "A - HOLES" comments tell Ashley what he has said?
It is in her best interests to do so, PLUS the shows credibility?
Casting to find men that would appeal to her is one thing, but keeping this king a guy on just for ratings is disgusting.
I guess no one really cares about Ashley?

Anonymous said...

yeah, no one really cares, She's just not that pretty and hot. She looks like a witch.

Anonymous said...

wow, everyones so mean, its nice to know everyone above is an A hole.

Obviously The Bachelor and Bachelorette shows have gone downhill since they've first appeared. Both shows consistently have NO winners in the love match. With the exception of Trista and Ali (who's not married yet!), this show is a laughing stock. Aren't the producers SUPPOSED to screen the candidates BEFORE they go on the air? Obviously they don't give a shit about anything except ratings. I know, so what else is knew!?! I think I'll play Pogo when the shows are on the air since they both suck big time now.

Anonymous said...

ashely is a beautiful woman inside and out, the producers just put her out to keeping bently for ratings probably cause they have to have drama for ratings. tv is going down hill

Anonymous said...

what an air head, picking bentley how can she not see though that son of a gun. what a pig.

Even though Ashley is suffering from mental illness, she still made the choice to be on the show so has to take the good and the bad of what happens in the show. This is the worst bachelorette EVER!! Ashley is annoying and pathetically desperate. Her laugh alone makes me want to change the channel. Thank God Brad let her go. The only redeeming value to this show is the great men! I'm in favor of the men getting their 15 minutes of fame and leaving Ashley "at the alter"!

Anonymous said...

Is she really that stupid???? Giving Bentley a rose despite the warning of a friend - this show is completely in the dumpster. Everyone now knows it is all staged and there are just a bunch of loners, that only participate because they can travel the world for free, get drunk and party everyday, fool around and get their 15 minutes of fame. I rather go and get a root canal done before I watch another minute of bs

Anonymous said...

I think Ashley is beautiful;having a light that shines inside and out. I was very puzzled, with her pronounced radar, to let Bentley in. Was she prompted by the network, producers...really looks like a set up.
That her hands were tied to keep him , or the bad boy wins, on every account.
I don't know why this show still gets me,, I thought after Brad and his choice, the wheels had turned....crazy addiction to this ridiculous show

Anonymous said...

honestly ashley is giving everyone a chance which is what should be done. Even though she had a warning on Bentley doesn't mean it's true. I have been in situations and I'm pretty sure many of people have where they hear something and jump to conclusions because they believe everything they hear. Unfortunately that's how life is but she wants to make sure she's not getting rid of someone on a rumor or comment that someone said.

Anonymous said...

This show is becoming a really lame soap opera! It sounds so scripted and anyone who believes this stuff is just plain stupid!

Anonymous said...

My first thought was, Ashley is STUPID! But in her defense, Bentley played her like a fiddle. His game was to woo her and he did, she fell for it. Her stupidity was not listening to her friend. This is my first time ever watching The Bachelorette. I have to admit, the Bentley storyline caught my attention. Shame on the producers to use this "trickery" to reel in viewers and they did this knowing this will make Ashley look stupid on TV. WOW what a low blow the producers threw just for ratings. SHAME ON THEM!!

Anonymous said...

I am so disgusted with this show this year! I can't believe this jerk Bentley got so much air time and I find it very disturbing Chris let it get this far!

Anonymous said...

I am sitting here while the rose ceremony is going on and wondering myself why am I doing this? Obviously the show gets only worse and there is absolutely nothing interesting about this little girl that needs to go into a boot camp and learn to be a grown up! Too bad Chris Harrison cannot come up with somebody more exciting! How in the world does the show make the ratings? Is everybody as stupid as I feel after watching that shit! My Monday nights will be way different the next few weeks. Sex in the backyard with my beautiful wife, party outside with my buddies and smoking shit with my crazy brother in law!

Anonymous said...

We were pretty excited when we heard that Chris was taking over. I cannot express in words how disappointed we are at what the show has become. It used to be the classiest of the reality dating shows and now it's joined the ranks in the gutter. Unlike the other commentators, I have nothing against Ashley. That being said, I do not want to see any former bachelor/bachelorette contestants season after season. Are there seriously no other single people on the planet? Time for new blood! Monday night was our special date night when we would drop everything and have our time together in front of the tv to make sure we never missed an episode. Now we've given the last few seasons the benefit of the doubt, but I'm just too sick of the disappointment. The ratings are a fluke and the entire show will get cancelled before you know it if Chris continues this path. I could say much more, but it's just not worth it. Chris will keep it going like this and play it out for the ride that it is not taking into consideration the original integrity of the show that got us all hooked on it in the first place. Too bad.

I personally think Ashley is a sweet and cute girl, but I hate that she fell into Bentley's trap. I can't stand guys like him that use their charm to get women to sleep with them. He wasn't even interested in her, but he still wanted to "win the game" because to him it was just a competition....not real love. It truly makes me sick....and even more sick to know that a guy like Bentley will continue you to get women to fall into his trap because he is that good with his words. I feel sorry for Ashley because I truly do not think that she signed up to look like a complete fool that cries all the time...I really think her intentions were to find love, but she just let her infatuation with Bentley's charm completely blind her from her original goal. I definitely think it would have been WAY better if Chris had pulled Ashley aside and let her know what was going on....Ratings would have gone up for that because more people like to watch people of good character than bad....regardless of what the producers may think. I hope it works out for her.

Anonymous said...

They needed a better Bachlorette that is for sure. She is too average looking and a cry baby. At least Ally was more fun to watch. All but maybe 1 of the men are there for personal and professional gain. The show has gone downhill. I cannot watch this season. As for Bentley, well she was too gullible and should have smelled that Rat out!!! lol!! The guys are too goodlooking for her anyways. She needs a regular average Joe. I don't feel sorry for her. If I was a guy I would'nt look twice at her or her lame personality. NUF SAID

Anonymous said...

I do not think that Ashley should have been chosen as the bachelorette. She is the most insecure person on the planet! I also do not believe that she is on the show to find love. She looks like she went on the play games with all of the men on the show! She really needs to grow up! And another thing, how do they keep letting the men come on the show "for the wrong reasons"? It seems like all of this drama is planted into the show. How is it that Ashley's friend happens to know Bentley's ex? How does it happen that all of the previous bachelorettes in the show's recent history are all warned of the bad guy, then still fall for him? Does abc choose stupid and gullible girls on purpose??? There has to be some rat on the show's production crew... And please, stop picking previous contestants!!! We are all tired of seeing them be stupid! Please pick someone well educated and not crooked!!!!

Wow, I'm kinda blown away by those who don't think Ashley is pretty. I think she is beautiful..not to mention super fit, and I'm sure many women would love to look like her. I have never watched these shows before, but caught the tail end of when she was on The Bachelor. After seeing how this show 'knowingly' allowed a total phony on like this Bentley punk, who was only there for air time and to screw with someone's emotions..I have now lost total interest in watching. I can't stand shows who think this kind of abuse is cool for ratings and OK, without any thought of how it could affect someone. It's freakin absurd. After tuning in..I can now sincerely say I HATE this show and will never watch again. To me, sociopathic morons like this Bentley creep are NOT entertaining..they are a detriment to society. That guy deserves a good A** kicking and I hope some 'real' man who runs into him on the street will give it to him. I feel bad for his daughter who is being raised by such a woman-user. Poor child has such a ROTTEN example of a dad. Plus he USED his own child as his excuse to leave the show...PATHETIC..when we all know that was yet another lie. He would have stayed, regardless of his daughter, if he could have fooled enough roses out of Ashley. Plus he wasn't the least bit handsome...'sponge-bob head and flat-faced' pukey looking. Sums him up. This show sucks royally (lame ABC, LAME). Bummer for Ashley to get stuck in the lies...and after this, who would ever trust going on this show seeing how they 'allow' non-human forms of life such as that jerk.

I remember when Brad Womack asked her if she would consider moving to Austin. Her response was so stupid! She looks at him and says she didn't know because she had never been to Austin. Hon, the question wasn't about a city. It was about moving to be with Brad. What an Airhead. Then they picked her for Bachelorette? Were they nuts? This girl sure seems to be doing a lot of dancing. Hmm! Perhaps she is looking for a career launching pad like Jillian was. Now Jillian is on Extreme Makeover. Ashley could care less about these guys.

Anonymous said...

Cry me a river. Really??? You all believe either one of the is looking to find true love??? (the guy with the mask maybe)
I think it's time to get new and mature blood in to this show (if it stays on for another season) There are so many people in their 40's and 50's, that are looking for love. Give them a chance, even if they are not super attractive, handsome and built like a model. I'm sure these people would be sincere and honest and it would give the show a new meaning. Because THAT is REALITY. Let those young kids find their one night stands on their own.
I even have the name for the new show
BABYBOOMER WANTS TO FIND LOVE
Kick the bachelor thing to the curb.

Anonymous said...

I feel super bad for Ashley. And all of you who think she's a cry baby or not pretty or whatever... maybe you should try going through something like what she has to go through, you would feel defeated too. Plus, considering they ALWAYS pick the bachelor or bachelorette based on the previous season, Ashley was CLEARLY the best choice. Emily was chosen by Brad, and then left him because she lost her mind and was weirdly jealous of the other girls on the show (talk about insecurity). And you can't pick Chantal (she's a chunky bitch who will always be that girl who yelled at Brad on the women tell all special for breaking up with her, even though she was already dating someone else, lucky guy by the way!!!) Ashley is sweet, funny, and soooo gorgeous!!! I have lost a lot of respect for the show for having a guy like Bentley on. That's just a mean thing to do to Ashley.

Anonymous said...

It's unfortunate that so many of you are jealous. You feel you have to bash Ashley for her looks, and feelings. I agree maybe she is not the prettiest bachelorette, but she has so much more to offer like class and brains, unlike some posting comments. If you hate her and the show that much then DON'T watch it and keep comments to yourself. Takes me back to a classic statement "if you can't say something nice then don't say it at all." As for Ashley, do your thing, you were given an opportuntiy so make something of it...

Anonymous said...

I am very disapointed in the show, I have watched both of the shows always and the one thing that I liked the most was Chris and the honesty of the show. Well they have proved with this one that they are just in it for the ratings, but I have news for them this is not going to be in their favor. The reason people watch the show is because of the genuine compasion of the producers. If they had any decint bone in their body they would have let ashley see the interviews that Bently gave so she could have moved on with the show and not have been played by Bently. Shame on him and the show for allowing him to continue to do that he bragged about how no one had ever played everyone before including the show and they just continued to let him do so. Ashley this is not your fault it is the show's fault and I think you are a stand up women and do not let the show play you for a fool. I will just have to find another show to watch because this one no longer has CLASS.

I agree with the majority i.e. Ashley is a little girl and has a lot of growing up to do. She certainly is NOT taking the reason for her being on the show seriously and it can be seen in the way she speaks to the guys. She is not interested in anyone else but herself being a 'celeb'. When I heard she was chosen as the next Bachelorette, I cringed because she is a cry baby and has a lot of growing up to do before she can even spell the words "looking for a husband".
Ashley, go back to your studies because that is where you deserve to be, in a school desk.
I too agree that the show (Bachelor and Bachelorette) have lost their classiness.
Will look for something else to watch on a Monday evening in the future.
The outcome of the Bachelorette??? She is going to end up with NO ONE!!

Anonymous said...

To ABC. A VERY poor choice of Bachelorette by far. What a disappointment!

Anonymous said...

I agree that Ashley is not that attractive or very street smart (at least in my opinion) but I also agree that someone from the show should've told her about the comments that Bentley made. In regards to the comment above I too think that there should be a show for more MATURE people that are truly looking for love and not for the one with the best abs or who is a GQ or swimsuit model. Get real ABC. Show the REAL people out there for a change like maybe the 40-something single mom that works 40hrs a week (oh dare i say it? she might be overweight too) or the 50yr old factory worker that works second shift and has a hard time meeting women....hello...real people....I think the viewing public would like to see something like that for change but the networks won't give it a chance..oh well...all i have to say is the reunion show with Ashley and Bentley should be interesting... Good luck to Ashley...she's gonna need it

Anonymous said...

If the show allows Bentley to come back on, and lie some more, I will stop watching the show, along with other people I know. This show used to be there for a reason, not to purposefully hurt people.

Anonymous said...

Um, ok first of all, she hasn't even had a one on one date with Bentley yet so far. We're what, 3 episodes in and she's all in love and tore up over him? Second, hmmm, if only she had a friend to warn her about him BEFORE SHE EVEN STARTED THE SHOW. Now, lets talk about the roast. Has anyone ever watched a roast on comedy central??? They don't usually say super nice truthful things. The only one who did what he was supposed to is William. That hurt her feelings yet it was perfectly fine that just about everyone of them made fun of her small boobs. This is obviously not my favorite season of the show.LOL

Anonymous said...

Ashley should not be on this show. She is clearly not ready to be in a relationship, she is very insecure and she should not fool these nice men into thinking that she is ready to be with any of them. She is always concerned that the guys will pull a "Bentley" but in the meantime she should see in herself that she is not mature enough to be engaged at the end of this. Although I do watch every Monday night, I hope the ratings have gone down this season to show that she was a poor choice. Next season please pick someone that has the ability to stay in a relationship and has the maturity to make it work.

Anonymous said...

I think Ashley is very sweet but very naive and doesn't really have the maturity to handle this show. This is the first season I've watched in about 4 years and I wish I hadn't started. There may two guys on the show who really are sincere - the others just want their 15-minutes. The show has changed completely and they had some weird guys show up this year. I just hope Ashley found someone who is honest and sincere. Hopefully the producers have read these comments and will make some changes. And please do not bring Bentley back - he's a sleeze.

Anonymous said...

THE "INTEGRITY" of the show has been destroyed. All the show is focused on is ratings instead of building credibility. ASHLEY is incredible immature and SIMPLY STATED, STUPID/NAIVE! MY god, how can she not tell the difference between trash and treasure. SUCH A POOR CHOICE. I feel sorry for her. AND BOOOOO FOR THE SHOW AND THE PRODUCERS FOR PERMITTING ALL OF THIS TO HAPPEN!!! PLEASE SCREEN THE CONTENDERS MORE RESPONSIBLY. THEY ARE JUST PLAIN CRUEL!

Anonymous said...

THE SHOW IS CRAZZZZYYYYYYY IF THEY LET ASHLEY BRING BENTLEY BACK. WHAT A SHAME!!! AND, ASHLEY SHAME ON YOU FOR WANTING HIM TO COME BACK. HE IS A JERK!!!!

Anonymous said...

Ashley, you are beautiful inside and out. Just believe in yourself.

Anonymous said...

The boxing sequence...I mean really? That was extremely dangerous and I hope Ames (sp) is being checked more thoroughly. This was the most ridiculous part of this show so far. I doubt I will ever watch another season of this stupid thing you call entertainment. And when Ashley said she wanted to see Bentley again? That was the perfect opportunity for the producers to let her in on this idiot's intentions. We love you Ashley and I'm sorry you had such a bad group of men (?) except for a couple. I do hope you find true love one day.

Anonymous said...

I personally think that Ashley is a hypocrite to the maximum point. She kept on emphasizing to the guys on the show to be honest, but at the same time she was harboring feels for Bentley, and not giving 100% of herself to the other men. If I was one of the guys on the show, I would leave the moment Ashley tells me that Bentley is back. I would let her find out for herself what a LOW LOW GUYS Bentley is. In addition, I think that Ashley is shallow because even though she had that tid bit of info from her friend warning her about Bentley, she still kept him because he was "hot", but meanwhile she didnt even give it a second thought to kick out the lawyer, when william told her he wasnt there for the right reasons, she just didnt find him that attractive, so she booted him out without a second though. She needs to get a grip!!!!

Anonymous said...

Ashley has to get her head examined. Are you kidding me? Why would you want a guy who does not want you. She is too immature to be in a serious relationship much less get married

Anonymous said...

She is extremely insecure!!! If these guys were smart they would run the other way!!! She walks so bowlegged that she should never ever wear a dress, especially the short ones that she has been wearing on the show. The producers should tell their staff to make sure she does not wear short dresses. Why don't the producers show her a video if what Bentley said -- this show makes people look like idiots. Give the girl a break and help her smarten up!

Anonymous said...

She seriously needs some help when it comes to being honest with herself and the guys and to watch how she says things to people. She obviously is learning the hard way. I truly believe that she doesn't know what she wants. On the Bachelor they had a psychiatrist helping Brad with his feelings..... Do the same for Ashley..... She desperately needs it. It's becoming frustrating and almost a waste of time to continue to watch!!!! She will end up with nobody and in the meantime break alot of hearts.

Anonymous said...

listen everyone we all know that ashley is emotional.. but whoever she picks she should not get judged for it and stop being so freaking mean to her.. how the hell would u like it if someone was sitting here tellin u who to love.. and it isnt like she knew what bently was saying on camera's and just so everyone knows if u were there and bently was doing that u would fall for him to.. yea just thought i should say that..!! good luck to ashley :)

Anonymous said...

Ashley is just to emotional and gets herself in trouble with her mouth. She goes for jerks and her game tactics are awful. She needs to smarten up, how can a woman be sooooo dumb.

Anonymous said...

For all those who love a good sleuth I find it helpful (albeit slightly obsessive) to look for clues when they show the "in next week's episode" teasers at the end of each show. Take a close look, i.e. press pause, when Ashely's mystery man comes out of the boat. You'll notice a watch on his left hand. It's the very same watch that JP wears the entire show. The networks really must get better at hiding these kinds of things from us women who are clearly obsessed with this show and can't stand the suspense.

Anonymous said...

does anyone know this guy JP? totally disappointed on the show. They should do a little more background on the contestants.

Anonymous said...

For a smart girl (getting into dental school is NOT easy), she sure makes DUMB decisions. Her insecurities and emotional state is a real turn off to men. Her squeaky voice and giggle is very annoying, not to mention how she dives in for a kiss with almost everyone! Her explaination to the guys after seeing Bentley in HK was pathetic. She made it sound like SHE made the decision to end with Bentley, it WASN'T her decision!! I'm sure things were edited for shock value/entertainment, but Ashley is consistantly insecured and flaky, as a bachelorette or with Brad. Being short and petite may be cute, but being squeaky and weak is NOT.

Anonymous said...

JP is going to win because he has little beady eyes similiar to Brad's. Some may say they're deep set, perhaps they're a little of both. Deep set beady eyes equal a sneaky sam? LOL JP also accepted her unconditionally on their first one-on-one date; swollen eyes and glasses from crying about Bentley. JP seems to want to win and I think he will, but I don't think the relationship will last. Ashley needs to grow up first!

Anonymous said...

I used to love to watch but now they just use the rejects from the season before for both the Batchelor and Batchlorette....they used to pick new people! I keep saying that I will not watch anymore and for the most part I do not....but I will stop completely if they keep pulling this same old crap!

Anonymous said...

Why is she always crying??? Since the Bentley fiasco, tonight is the first I've watched and only because nothing else was on. Not impressed.

Anonymous said...

She is a crybaby who wants attention and definitely is not on the show for the right reasons. She is average looking at best and does not remotely deserve to be with any of the guys that remain. Her motive for being on this show has been made extremely clear...fame! She wants to be popular among all the guys and yearns to hear compliments and things that make her "feel good." It is time for her to grow up and take her future serious. And ABC, get it together! Shameful! I, among many others, will find an alternative way to spend my Monday nights!

Anonymous said...

Shame on ABC and Chris, the cameramen and any of the guys who knew what Bentley was up to. She had the right to truly know. She has proven to be a troubled young woman, she does not have clear boundaries and cannot read people. Ever heard of Adult Children of Alcoholics. She has a long way to grow and this show has taken advantage of her issues, left her looking a fool. She may well come out for the better in the end. The show needed a different choice for bachelorette, needed to screen bachelors and would do well to really find people with culture, religion, interests and preferences of location in common. Why get to the last few and say, oh, you're not_______ fill in religion or culture. Well, no kidding. and who could not see it coming. I have been bored and just disgusted in turn this season. I watch to study character and people. But am expecting the next season to show the producers have taken charge in a good way.

Anonymous said...

For some reason I don't think she picks anyone in the end. I noticed during the Men tell all show that she said she's happy where she's at. Not, I'm happy with who I picked and can't wait to see him...etc. HMMM....

Anonymous said...

What's the Tatoo'd looking sister know about someone after 30 minutes? Sounds to me like she's only Projecting HER Issues on to her sister and the bachelor.
Unless she is some type of marriage counselor or been in a long-term healthy relationship of her own, she should keep things in perspective.
Relationships are more than making one laugh, again, it's clear she would not know that.
I think she only knows where the local tatoo shop is... Nasty!!!
