The Bachelor: No Rose Ceremony Predictions & Home Town Visits

According to the preview for The Bachelor: Home Town Dates, there is NO rose ceremony (the first time in bachelor history, as Chris Harrison would say). From the preview shown at the end of yesterday's episode, here's what we know:

1) Jake meets Vienna's daddy.
2) Jake meets Tenley's family.
3) Jake meets Gia's mom.
4) Jake meets Ali's family.
5) Someone knocks on Jake's door to talk with him. He is visibly upset. He is shown hugging someone with blond hair.
6) Ali is still at the rose ceremony.

At the rose ceremony, we see four girls standing there - Tenley, Ali, Gia and Vienna. Chris Harrison arrives and announces that there will be no rose ceremony tonight.

According to bachelor spoiler, Reality Steve, Ali chooses to leave the show on next week. Reality Steve says that he's not sure if Ali leaves before the actual rose ceremony begins, or if Jake asks her to leave, or she rejects a rose - that I'm not sure of - all I do know is Ali is gone after the hometown dates and DOES NOT return to the show. Why would she leave? Did something happen at her hometown visit or with her job? Why would she leave because of her job so late in the game? Possibly there is no rose ceremony because Jake wants to let Ali go in private (or maybe Chris Harrison and Jake just want to grab a beer together).....
