We can pretty much guess that Ali and her boys are definitely not thinking about infertility during their first meeting. But infertility can be a huge issue in a relationship. I think people are being to hard on Ali. She's not doing anything different than any of the other bachelorettes who have been on the show. We all know that all of them have slept with one or more men on the show, so give Ali a break.
