Tyler LiCausi: "My Sister Tierra is Engaged!"

Tierra LiCausi's brother, Tyler, confirms that his sister is engaged! The emotional woman who was sent home last week on The Bachelor has recovered from her heartbreak. Who is Tierra LiCausi engaged to? The mystery man has yet to reveal himself but apparently it's an old boyfriend that Tierra use to live with. How did Tierra reconnect with her past flame?

"As she was leaving St. Croix, the producers gave her cell phone back to her and she found a hundred emails and phone calls from him," Tyler tells Entertainment Weekly. "He happened to be calling again at the moment she got her phone, she answered, and they agreed they would meet in Denver." Sparks flew and Tierra's mystery guy soon proposed. "Though producers want Tierra and her man to appear on the upcoming Women Tell All special, the couple is currently undecided about taking part." 

What does AshLee Frazier think of Tierra's engagement news?  AshLee tells People Magazine, "If Tierra is [engaged], I wish her all the best but it may just be a hoax. Who knows? You know how rumors are...I don't really know any details and I don't really know who it is [she's engaged to], so I don't if it is someone she talked to me about or not."
