'Reality Steve' sued by Bachelor Producers...Again

Reality Steve already posted Sean Lowe's future wife
Last year, Bachelor blogger, Reality Steve, was sued by ABC and Bachelor Producer's for spoiling their show.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, "NZK Productions and Horizon Alternative Television, a division of Warner Bros., first sued Reality Steve (Steve Carbone) in December 2011, alleging that to gain spoilers, he was attempting to induce contestants into breaching their confidentiality pledges. The lawsuit settled in June, with Warners expressing satisfaction that he had agreed to have no further contact whatsoever with any of the cast, crew or employees of The Bachelor."

If Reality Steve thought he put the lawsuit behind him, he was wrong. He recently posted on his website RealitySteve.com that he is now being sued again by ABC. Here's what Reality Steve wrote: "I continue to spoil their show every season, they’re pissed about it, so this is how they respond. What’s funny in all this is, by suing me, they’re admitting that my spoilers are correct. Do you honestly think if I gave away the wrong ending, and wrong eliminations, and wrong details about the dates they would sue me? Of course not. I’d just be a gossip site and they’d never acknowledge my existence. So I guess props to me for, once again, another successful season of spoiling the “Bachelor” franchise. Although, I didn’t need a lawsuit thrown in my face four days before Christmas to know that my spoilers were right. I’m exploring all my legal options at this point, including a counterclaim. They are the big guys and I’m the little one and they are trying to squash me. I don’t see that happening since I did not violate our Agreement, nor did I intentionally interfere with any contracts, which is what their latest complaint is stating."

HAVE YOUR SAY: Do you like the Bachelor spoilers posted online?

NO! Spoilers ruin the outcome of the show. Even if I'm not the one who intentionally looks at the spoilers, pretty soon the word spreads around. The entire point of the show is to watch Sean's journey to find love; once spoilers are known, the show is ultimately unenjoyable to watch since everyone knows the outcome. Let the viewers enjoy the advantage of not knowing the outcome.

absolutely love his spoilers, if he didnt spoil the show I wouldn't even bother watching the damn show, it's such a waste of time, very tired show, and so fake it isn't even funny, but with his spoilers it is fun to watch to see how accurate he really is and he is spot on and I dont care how he gets them and they shouldn't either, it keeps their damn show alive, otherwise I really doubt the viewership would be so high, they need to CHILL OUT and lay off the dude, seriously they look like TOTAL ASSES! AND really the bullshit they post on twitter is even more asinine, we aren't stupid people!! give us some credit, we know your show is fixed, we know you set things up, leave the guy alone for chrissakes!
