Is Emily Maynard The Next Bachelorette?

Will Emily Maynard be the next Bachelorette? Rumor has it Brad Womack's former bride-to-be might be the next Bachelorette. Bachelor blogger, Reality Steve writes, " I don’t know when ABC is going to officially announce it, but what’s been talked about for the last six months is true: Emily Maynard will be the next “Bachelorette.”
Reality Steve: "I don’t think the news of Emily being the next “Bachelorette” is all too earth shattering considering many other outlets have definitely been speculating it’s gonna be her, but there’s been no official word. And when stories say it’s true but follow it with quotes of, “sources say,” “insiders close to Emily,” and “friends of hers,” it’s tough to know what to believe. I’m sure the official announcement is coming soon since announcing Emily early will no doubt drum up interest from men around the world. But she is going to be the next “Bachelorette” with filming scheduled to begin in March like the last four seasons of the “Bachelorette” has."

"I don’t know why she was so adamant back in July and August that she’d never do it, nor do I know now why she changed her stance on everything knowing the criticism that’s going to come her way. But it will be interesting to hear, I tell you that. I will probably never understand fully why she changed her mind, I can only speculate at this point. But since I don’t know her, I don’t see the point of saying, “Well, I think Emily is doing this because…” and lay out a bunch of reasons. What’s the point? Only she knows the answer as to why she did a 180 on this whole process and I’m sure we’ll hear those answers when this is officially announced by ABC, whenever that may be." Hmmm. We wonder how Brad Womack will feel if Emily is indeed the next Bachelorette.
