The Bachelorette: Realtor Reid might just return

Reid Rosenthal, the bachelor sent home by Jillian Harris in the penultimate episode of The Bachelorette last week, has sparked speculation that he might be returning — in a season suspiciously full of "surprise" returns.
First it was Ed Swiderski, who returned to the show after recusing himself early on owing to work pressures but captured Jillian's heart by making up for lost time in Spain.
Then it was Jake Pavelka, spurned by Jillian one week only to return the next to tattle on his bachelor nemesis, Wes "Hate 'im" Hayden, purported to have a girlfriend — a rumour roundly denied by Wes and the woman in question.
Now comes word that Reid, a fan favourite for his sense of humour and easy chemistry with Jillian, didn't participate in the "Bachelors Tell All" episode airing this Monday. He wasn't the only one: Wes, who's publicly complained of his treatment at the hands of The Bachelorette's editors, also skipped the appearance.
It's bad news for ABC's potential ratings this week, as any fan will tell you that most of the other candidates for Jillian's affections have already been consigned to that part of the brain reserved for complex math equations.
But it does raise questions, as Bachelor/ette tradition dictates that all but the final two contestants get to have their say on the "tell-all" episode.
