Gia Allemand's Boyfriend Ryan Anderson Speaks Out!

Today, Bachelor fans were shocked to learn that Gia Allemand was taken to hospital where she later died. The cause of death is an apparent suicide. Fans remember Gia as the beautiful 29 year old from New York from Jake Pavelka's season and she later competed on Bachelor Pad. Gia's boyfriend, Ryan Anderson, released this statement today following her death:

"I'm deeply grateful for all the love and support we have received from family, friends, and fans," the Pelicans player said in the statement. "Gia was the most beautiful person I knew inside and out, and she always smiled and made everyone else around her smile..."She had such an amazing impact on my life and anyone that knew her was blessed," he continued. "All I have left is to cherish those memories we made together and help perpetuate the many values, faith, and love that we shared."

Why did Gia commit suicide? That remains a mystery because it seemed like this beautiful, sweet woman had a lot to live for.  Our condolences go out to Gia's family and friends.
