Chris Harrison is the host of The Bachelor on ABC. But who is this lovable host who coined the phrase, "Sean, ladies, it's the final rose tonight. Sean, when you're ready."  Here's some facts about the Bachelor host!

The Bachelor: Who is Chris Harrison?

Marital Status: Chris Harrison was married to his high school sweetheart, Gwen, but recently divorced after 16 years of marriage.

Children: eight-year-old son Joshua and six-year-old daughter Taylor.

Chris Harrison began his television career by covering local sports in Oklahoma City. The Dallas native went to Oklahoma City University on a soccer scholarship and then made the natural transition to sportscasting with a local station. During his six years there, Chris worked his way up the ranks from part-time sportscaster to weekend sportscaster. He also had the opportunity to cover hard news stories, including the 1995 tragedy at the Federal Building, an event which profoundly affected his perspective on life and career. Chris landed later the job as host of HGTV's Designer's Challenge. Besides being the host of The Bachelor/Bachelorette, Harrison can be seen hosting other shows including the Miss American Pageant and E! Talk awards shows.
