'Bachelor' Jason Mesnick to host Father's Day event. Do you want to bring your dad??

Ok, so reality TV star Jason Mesnick turned out to be a heartbreaker. But he's still a pretty good dad.

The Kirkland native who crushed the hearts of women everywhere when he picked then dumped Melissa Rycroft on the season finale of "The Bachelor" is set to host a Father's Day Fun-athlon in Bellevue Saturday. The free event will feature activities for dads and kids, like a piggyback run, a tug of war and a balloon relay, as well as appearances by the Mariner Moose and players from the Seattle Seahawks, according to event details. Molly Malaney, Mesnick ultimate pick from "The Bachelor," will be joining him at the event, which goes from 11 a.m. to 2 at the Bellevue Downtown Park, 10201 4th St. NE. Mesnick is the founder of JasonsPlace.com, a nonprofit out to improve the lives of single-parent families. Watch Mesnick explain the venture here
